Eligibility Requirements
Age Requirements: Contestant must be at least seventeen (17) years of age
AND at least a senior in high school to compete in the current pageant season
Contestant can be no older than twenty-four (24) years of age by
September 30th in the year at which she will compete in the State Finals
Residency/Work/School Requirements: Contestant must satisfy
AT LEAST ONE (1) of the following requirements:
Contestant must prove she is a Pennsylvania resident for the
six (6) month period preceding the local pageant date
Contestant must prove she is a full-time employee in Pennsylvania
for the six (6) month period preceding the local pageant date
Contestant must prove she is a High School graduate in
the year at which she will compete at the State Finals
AND planning to enroll, currently be enrolled or
previously graduated from a Pennsylvania school of continuing education
Proof of Eligibility: Contestant must provide
two (2) or more copies of the following:
Current Pennsylvania drivers license or current automobile registration
Current voters registration card
Current lease in the contestant's name for housing in Pennsylvania
Full-time employment in Pennsylvania verified by employer
(Full-time employment is qualified as minimum of forty hours per week)
Proof of current enrollment, intent of enrollment or
proof of graduation from a Pennsylvania school of continuing education

Entry applications will be MAILED to contestants on file in mid-to-late
August.
